Bar W Guest Ranch Experience

THERE IS CONSTRUCTION ON HIGHWAY 93 IN FRONT OF THE RANCH. PLEASE ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES TO ARRIVE ON TIME!

Join us for an unforgettable day packed with exciting activities at the Bar W Guest Ranch! Your day kicks off with a breathtaking 2-hour trail ride through the scenic forest. Afterward, refuel with a delicious lunch at our dining hall, The Horseshoe.

In the afternoon, put your skills to the test with a variety of ranch activities. On Wednesdays, challenge yourself with 3-D archery, shooting at lifelike “animals” hidden in the woods, followed by hatchet throwing. On Thursdays, after lunch, try your hand at skeet shooting, then learn the art of roping on a dummy steer.

Wrap up your adventure with a refreshing Sweet Peaks ice cream from our Trading Post—a perfect ending to a day well spent!

When & Where:

• Wednesdays at 10am
  • 2 hour trail ride; Lunch in Horseshoe; 3-D Archery & Hatchet Throwing; Ice Cream
• Located at Bar W Guest Ranch, please check-in at the Info Center
  • 2 hour trail ride; lunch in Horseshoe, Skeet Shooting & Roping; Ice Cream
• Approximately 6 hour total adventure (horse riding, lunch and activities)
• Located at Bar W Guest Ranch, please check-in up front at the Hitching Post

Pricing:

• $275 per person
• • Additional fees: $13 DNRC permit fee, plus a 3.5% credit card processing fee
• Gratuity not included

Important Info:

• Ages 13+ years old can ride, ages 13-15 require a participating parent
• Up to 10 guests per session
• Weight limit for riding is 225 pounds
