2027 Packages and Rates
The pricing below includes a 6-night package stay, all meals are included with check-in on Sunday at 3:00 pm and check-out Saturday by 11:00 am. Rates below are determined by the accommodation and the riding package selected. Pricing below indicates the rate per person. See riding package descriptions below.
Please select your preferred riding package - Ranch, Spencer, Spencer Plus, or Swisher along with selecting your room.
RIDING PACKAGES:
The Spencer and Swisher packages begin with our Horse Orientation. On Monday morning guests will receive a horse safety speech and riding instruction prior to mounting the horses. After we review all of the talking points, each guest will be paired with a horse and will spend 30-45 minutes in the saddle practicing the basics of how to ride and get comfortable on the horse.
Ranch Package
- Anyone who will not be riding a horse throughout their stay
- All ranch activities are included
- Meals included
- Anyone over 225 lbs.
Spencer Package
- All skill levels; beginner, intermediate, advanced
- Advanced riders will have some loping time, when available
- Equal amounts of riding time (50%) and time for ranch activities
- Horseback rides leaving from the ranch
- Arena Activities - lessons, team penning, barrel racing, etc.
- Horses will vary
- Use of mounting blocks acceptable
- Ranch activities included
- Meals included
NOTE: Bar W's weight limit for horseback riding is 225 pounds.
Swisher Package
- All skill levels; beginner, intermediate, advanced
- Advanced riders will have some loping time, when available
- More riding time (70%) and less activity time
- Includes all off-site rides - (Cliff Lake, Swisher, Grave Creek)
- Horseback rides leaving from the ranch
- Arena Activities - lessons, team penning, barrel racing, etc.
- Ranch activities included
- Horses will vary
- Riders must be able to mount from the ground
- Meals included
