Paul and Beth

Paul and Beth Paschal live on-site at the ranch after relocating from the Grand Rapids, Michigan area. They have four kids which include their daughter Kierney, twin boys Thatcher and Oren, and Micah (Joonie) who was recently adopted from South Korea. Paul serves as the Director of Operations and Beth is our Assistant Sales Manager.

Lindsay

Lindsay has been with the Bar W since 2009. She applied for a position here as a Wrangler at the age of 19 and made the move to Kalispell from her home state of Minnesota. Lindsay has worked her way up into her current position as the Equine Director. When Lindsay isn’t at the ranch, she is spending time with her husband Joe and cuddling with her three cats.

Jami

Meet Jami Phillips, General Manager at Bar W Guest Ranch. Jami comes with an impressive background in the hospitality industry with over 25 years of experience. Jami thrives on providing optimal guest experiences and ensuring everyone at Bar W feels connected, including staff and guests. Jami is very passionate about Montana, the Flathead Valley area and everything these magnificent regions have to offer. Jami is married to Bill Phillips and together they have six wonderful children. Jami cannot wait for you to visit the ranch!

Jessica

Jessica is the Marketing Coordinator at Bar W Guest Ranch and has been in marketing her entire work career. Jess, her husband Jason and three kiddos – Ellie, Willie, and Henry live in Duluth MN, but when school is over for the summer you will find all of them at the ranch!

Ashley

Ashley is a Sales Representative for Bar W, a busy mom, wife, and soccer & T-ball coach for her kid’s teams. She resides in Lima, Ohio with her husband, Justin, and three kids – Ryker, Rhett, and Kennedy. Justin and Ashley are hoping to become permanent residents of Montana within the next couple years!

Dawn

Dawn manages the front desk and is vital in booking trail rides and sleigh rides. She is also the energy of the ranch…this lady never has a bad day! We love her smile and enthusiasm. Dawn lives in Whitefish with her husband, Dave, and her four children – Ella, CJ, Patrick, and one of our ranch kids, Ava.

John

When you meet John-Thomas you’ll notice his sweet “Mississippi” accent. John is always working hard and is willing to take on any project. The Bar W is his home now and he is always so appreciative of how “Aunt” Barb and “Uncle” Bill (the owners) have brought that family culture to the ranch.

Jay

Jay has been the Maintenance Manager at the ranch since 2019. He keeps things running! He enjoys machinery and classic trucks. He has two adult children and two grandchildren.

Kayla

Kayla has been the Housekeeping Manager here since May of 2022. She is a Montana native, born in Whitefish, and raised in Columbia Falls. She has two boys Caleb 13, and Keenan 12. They enjoy swimming, kayaking, and camping during the summer.

Joe

“Cowboy Joe” as he is known far and wide is our Lead Wrangler. He hails from Nashville, Tennessee and enjoys fly fishing, hiking, and skiing. At the ranch you will see Joe’s love for the guests and passion for horses. Hang around the campfire at night and you might hear Joe sing or cite a poem that he has written.

Jeff

Jeff is our Head Contractor and part of the Executive Team. He is married to Liz and they have four children. Their two oldest, Blade & Tarek, both work at the ranch as well. Blade helps Jeff on the construction team while Tarek, who is in high school, works on the maintenance team in the summer. Their two youngest children are Titus and Darla who were recently adopted into their family.
