At Bar W Guest Ranch, our spacious commercial kitchen and dining hall, located in the Horseshoe Facility, provide a welcoming gathering place where guests can enjoy exceptional meals and connect with fellow guests throughout their stay.
Our culinary team takes pride in preparing fresh, hearty meals that reflect the warmth and hospitality of the ranch. Every meal is a collaborative effort designed to fuel your adventures and create memorable dining experiences. Guests enjoy three buffet-style meals each day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner- with complimentary coffee, tea, and soft drinks available during meal service. Guests age 21 and over are also invited to enjoy complimentary beer and wine during dinner service.
Our menus vary throughout the season and feature a variety of fresh, satisfying options. Dinner selections may include favorites such as grilled steak, roasted chicken, or fish, accompanied by seasonal vegetables, hearty side dishes, fresh salads, warm dinner rolls, and desserts.
Important Information Regarding Dietary Restrictions
Our kitchen is pleased to accommodate many common dietary restrictions, including diabetic (reduced-sugar) and lactose-free requests whenever possible.
Due to the nature of our buffet-style meal service, we are unable to accommodate highly specialized dietary restrictions or individual meal plans, including vegetarian, vegan, Keto, Atkins, and similar diets.
We are happy to provide gluten-free meal options; however, please note that our kitchen is not a dedicated gluten-free facility. While our team follows procedures to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment. Guests with Celiac disease or severe gluten sensitivities should be aware that there is a risk of cross-contamination and are encouraged to make alternative dining arrangements if medically necessary.
