The Bar W Kids Day Camp is available from June 15th-August 15th, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Cowpokes: Ages 2-6 – the “littles” have so much fun petting the goats and horses, pony rides, participating in ranch chores, painting horses, crafts, playing games and outdoor activities.
Outlaws: Ages 7-12 – this group enjoys being able to go out on trail rides, ranch chores, BB guns, archery, arts & crafts, fishing, arrow tag, and fishing.
On Thursdays we have a Kid’s Rodeo that both Cowpokes and Outlaws will participate in followed by an ice cream cone at our Trading Post! Parents are welcome join us and watch their children do barrel racing and pole bending.
We offer our Day Camp on a weekly basis with horse riding or without (children that are riding horses on our trails MUST participate in our safety orientation on Monday).
Weekly Day Camp – Ages 2-12 – No Horse Riding (except for pony rides and rodeo) - $575. Includes all the ranch activities, lunch and snacks.
Weekly Day Camp – Ages 7-12 – With Horse Riding - $595 (plus a $60 land use fee). Includes trail rides, ranch activities, lunch and snacks.
We also offer single-day options with horse riding or without. Children that want to participate in horse riding that have not attended one of our Monday safety orientations, will ride in the arena only and will not be able to participate in a trail ride.
SINGLE DAY CAMP OPENS FOR BOOKING ON SATURDAYS AT NOON MST FOR THE COMING WEEK…slots are limited or may not be available at all based on the number of package kids and weekly day camp kids.

Single Day Camp – Ages 7-12 – Horse Riding (in the arena unless the child has gone through our safety orientation held on Mondays) - $145

Parents will need to sign waivers for their children and provide complete contact information for themselves and one other contact, a medical waiver, allergy information, and pick-up designee. For children that are not potty trained, parents will be required to bring diapers, wipes, and a change of clothing.
